These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bucketeer mobile app and related services (“the App”), operated by KOh Services LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using Bucketeer

You may use the App to track places you visit, earn badges, and connect with friends. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the display name, photo, and other information you add. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive, and do not use the App to harass others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Friends and shared activity

When you connect with friends, they can see your display name, avatar, recent activity, and badges. You control your connections and can remove a friend at any time.

Ads and subscriptions

The App is supported by advertising. You may optionally purchase an ad-free subscription through the applicable app store. Purchases are handled by the app store and are subject to its terms; billing, renewals, and refunds are managed there.

Place and content data

Place and collection data is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that any place, hours, or detail is current or correct.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucketeer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
